Hospitality Excellence Award

Hospitality is at the heart of what makes the Rainy Lake area such a special place to visit and to call home. It’s the individuals throughout our community who help create positive, memorable experiences and leave a lasting impression on those who spend time here.

The International Falls, Ranier & Rainy Lake Convention & Visitors Bureau is pleased to partner with the International Falls Area Chamber of Commerce to present a Hospitality Excellence Award at the Annual Chamber Gala on April 23 at the Thunderbird.

This award will recognize an individual who consistently goes above and beyond to create welcoming, meaningful experiences for visitors, customers, and residents alike. Their commitment to hospitality makes a lasting impact on the community while helping shape positive visitor experiences and strengthen the area’s reputation as a welcoming destination.

Nominations for individuals are now open and must be received by March 18, 2026.  Community members and visitors are encouraged to submit a nomination for an individual who demonstrates outstanding service, professionalism, and dedication to creating welcoming experiences. The recipient will be selected by the CVB and recognized at the Chamber Gala.
