Happy New Year! Only a couple more days before the ruffed grouse season closes!!!

Pete reported the firearm deer-hunting season closed November 21 it was quite a productive season. Deer hunting groups have enjoyed success along with mild temperatures and good times in the great northwoods.
If you are hunting for snowshoe rabbits you are in luck. Our area is abundant with them. Ruffed grouse hunters
keep looking for just two more days. Birds are out there but the hunt is a bit challenging this year and it comes to an end on December 31.
